Everyone has their Own Story

I’ve heard it said, “Do not let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” The simplest of phrases with the deepest of meanings. At the heart of my career are two essential traits: 1) the fearless pursuit of cultivating lasting relationships and 2) keeping a reputation of integrity, honesty and transparency. Something tells me if I do these two things, the paycheck will follow – and so far, a decade into my recruiting career, that has proven to be true 100% of the time.
